Victory for Romsey Men in the Hampshire Plate Final
The final took place on the 2nd May 2010 at 9.30am in Chapel Gate, Bournemouth. Romsey mens 1st XI beat Gosport 6-2 to win the Hampshire Trophy on Hampshire day. The game was played at a high pace and was charactersied by Romsey’s lightning fast counter attacking style, which in the end was too much for a tough, uncompromising Gosport side. Junior Award and Fun Day 2011
Richard Smith, currently a member of the Great Britain Training Squad, European Gold Medal and Champions Trophy Silver winner and a took part in the Commenwealth Games in Delhi for England also follows us on twitter!

Romsey Ladies 1st XI secure third place in Hampshire League Division 2.
They rounded off their season with a 6-1 win over Havant 3s. This result was a fabulous win and a sign of the teams improvement from earlier in the season. Only in January did they managed to get a draw against them.

Romsey Ladies 2s have been unbeaten at home this season. A fabulous effort that ended on a high note with a thumping win over Aldershot and Farnham 3-1 in their final League game of the season.

The Club began the 2009/2010 season fresh from its merger with the Men from Michelmersh and Timsbury who joined with the Romsey Ladies and Romsey Juniors. The philosophy at the time is best summed up with “let’s do it!” And we have!
