Victory for Romsey Men in the Hampshire Plate Final 2011

The final took place on the 2nd May 2010 at 9.30am in Chapel Gate, Bournemouth. Romsey mens 1st XI beat Gosport 6-2 to win the Hampshire Trophy on Hampshire day. The game was played at a high pace and was charactersied by Romsey’s lightning fast counter attacking style, which in the end was too much for a tough, uncompromising Gosport side.
