Team Selection
Each Team must contain 1 goalkeeper, 4 defenders, 4 midfielders and 2 forwards. You team must also include 3 or 4 players from each of the three teams (M1, L1, M2). I have entered a sample team to demonstrate. My team is called ‘monstersnorkel’ and you can see my selection by clicking on the tab at the bottom of the sheet.

Points Scoring
Fantasy hockey points are scored as follows : Goalkeepers will score 5 points per goal scored, 6 points per clean sheet, -1 point per goal conceeded. Defenders will score 5 points per goal scored, 3 points per clean sheet, -1 point per goal conceeded. Midfielders will score 4 points per goal scored. Forwards will score 3 points per goal scored. All players will score 2 points per appearance, -1 point per green card, -3 points per yellow card, -6 points per red card, and 5 points per man of the match award.
